# FAQ

  <Accordion title="Is TBAG breaking Microsoft's TOS ?" defaultOpen>
    This is a client-side mod with no server-side component. Use at your own discretion in corporate environments.

  <Accordion title="Teams is broken and won't load">
    Open the extension and press the `Clear` button under `Reset Teams Cache`, that way the extension will reset Teams cache, it should fix most issues. If it doesn't work, that means that TBAG is broken and an [issue](https://github.com/LeonimusTTV/teams-but-actually-good/issues/new?template=bug_report.yml) should be made.

    You can also try to clear TBAG's Cache with the `Clear` button under `Clear TBAG Cache`, that might help in some cases

  <Accordion title="A plugin seems broken and won't do anything">
    Same as `Teams is broken and won't load`

  <Accordion title="Safari extension not working">
    To fix the extension doing nothing on Safari, go to the `Settings` (of Safari) → `Extensions` and locate **Teams but (actually) good**, **disable** it and **re enable** it, after that, the extension should open the docs and Teams itself, if that's the case, it should be now working, otherwise see the section `Teams is broken and won't load` in the FAQ

  <Accordion title="CustomEmojis plugin says &#x22;No Teams Token found&#x22;">
    If you're on Safari, that's normal, you can't upload emojis on Safari due to some issues with the cookies, on other browser it *should* be working, if not (try refreshing the page at least once), please make an [issue on github](https://github.com/LeonimusTTV/teams-but-actually-good/issues/new?template=bug_report.yml)

  <Accordion title="TBAG is not showed in the settings / doesn't seems to be loaded">
    If you're using the extension, be sure to have granted the extension all the permissions possible, if some permissions are missing, TBAG could not load correctly and therefore not work, feel free to [report an issue](https://github.com/LeonimusTTV/teams-but-actually-good/issues/new?template=bug_report.yml)
